Guys
Just wanted to share my new masterpeice from Brian... a 62" 52# @ 29 1/2".
It is a coco bola riser with hedge flare and hedge on the limbs and coco fade out. She shoots every bit as good as she looks, yet I havent crono'd it yet but I beleive it is a step faster than my 64" tall tines.
The handle is Brians original handle which is higher than my 64...dont know which one i like better as they both work well for me.
Sad part shes too pretty to take to the woods, ha right. This shooter definitely will be seeing some tree stand time.
Just wanted to share this beauty with you and thank Brian for sharing his talent with me.
Bon Appetit!!!

That is going to be a dandy heirloom. I bet you that one kills some geese this year
I was just looking at all those Snuffer tipped fluflus thinking of who I know with a feather burner...
I had an amateur bowyer friend of mine (many moons ago) build me a takedown recurve out of coco. and osage ..................... but it DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!! WOW beautiful!

I have one coming shortly that may need some fancy engraved bezels or limb bolt knobs...you thought about any pricing yet for those gems?
I saw some previews of George's bow via text and my first comment was how gorgeous that is going to be as the osage ages. it is
sharp now, but it is going to mellow into Raquel Welch like beauty...
I am going to have to stay on the build list!
Man, that is a beauty.
Steve O, I've got a new name for my bow (Raquel).
Something about the thought of Raquel aging in my hand just brings a tear to ones eye. LOL

Very nice Bro!!
WOW
Steve O, I'm sending GW his bezels today, 2 sets. I hope he likes them. I'm sure you'll see them soon. I wanted him to be the first to see them or I'd have put up some pic's. They look great on my Wallace, seeing the photo's of his Tall Tines just knocked my socks off! Absolutely awesome bow!
Well this weekend I chrono'd both bows and found that the naked eye is a terrible judge of speed. Shot both bows one a 64" TT and the The new one..of course everyone swore that the 62 was definitely faster even though it is 2 lbs lighter.
The 64 came in consistantly 2 ft faster, amazing what we think we see. It doesnt matter the speed thing i just thought it was interesting.
Talon maybe i can bring the bow to the shop and you can shoot it Bud.
George
AWESOME!!!
So where is the pic of GW new bow??
I would like to see it too Dave its a piece of wood that was used to make my bow
That should be a beauty then.

He is working on it, and his technical advisor is a little busy. Gene did not want to post the crummy cell phone pics he took.
Ha ha... I knew you would know something Steve.
thxs steve i know your a busy man but would love to see it went you get a chance to send pics
Just beautiful.
Guys after a couple request for better pics of the limbs on Raquel, we decided to throw a couple more on here.
I apologize as we didnt use our higher quality camera on these, it is our lower quality Canon.
Notice how the hedge is already starting to darken beautifully!
Thanks for checking her out!!!

They feel even better, and Brian can even work with you to make it truly fit your hand.
Dang! If it were only 8 pounds heavier, it would be on it's way to Wisconsin!!! :smileystooges:
I can't believe it, but I sold my Silvertips after I shot a Tall Tines...now I have two bows, both TT, and I LOVE them...
Don, it seems to happen to a lot of us that way!
