A rack from a buck I killed a few years back fell off the wall and broke in half. Bummed out I decided to not let it go to waste. I was inspired by a recent post of someone making their first knife so I gave it a try.

A disclaimer by the wife, "The stove was clean when I started." After drilling a hole I added an arrow insert with hot melt glue.

With some glue and touching up this is what i ended up with.

very nice :0)
Question, after adding the insert and screwing the broadhead on, did you seat it in the insert with a little extra glue or is it just screwed into the insert? This actually looks like something I'd be capaable of doing:)

Hey Arwin that is great, I was wondering what to do with my old grizzle broadheads! I think I will make a neck knife from one!
Nice, I never thought of making a knife from old broadheads.
Arwin you did a great job of showing how to do that! I think that even with my limited skills I could do that after seeing your post. Thanks  :notworthy:
ya gonna bring that one with ya this weekend???
