I recently placed an order with Magnus for some of his natural turkey feathers. Normally there would be no rush, but this time I had a special project in mind and needed them within a specific time frame. Matt assured me this wouldn't be a problem and the deal was "done". A few days after I had expected delivery...still no feathers. I contacted Matt by email about the situation and much to his surprise, tracking through USPS showed that he had dropped off the package and then nothing further. Apparently, there is a fan of his work at a sorting facility that doesn't like to pay for his products. Anyway, at his own expense, Matt made up a new batch, and shipped them overnight (at substantial hit to his profit margin) to make sure I got them within required time frame. So I just wanted to say Thank You publicly and encourage any and all to throw some business his way. If you've never done business with Matt, he's a stand up guy that puts out a first class product. I'm including 2 pics of the arrow I was building as a "trophy" for the SRF (Scarborough Renaissance Festival) 2013 Memorial day shoot.

Matts feathers are the best. I just recently sent him wings from 5 turkeys and can't wait to get my share.
Good looking arrow, Cory.
 :notworthy:
Very nice work Cory! Matt's aw-right too I guess. :wavey:
you know that arrow is one sweet looking unit, and the stand is pretty cool as well!!!!
I just got two packs of his natural barred feathers as well... might try some goose next time.
very good work on the fletching he sent me.
Thanks guys for the kind words on the arrow, I thought it turned out pretty good for a 3/8" dowel rod from HD. The rest of the order I got from Matt is gonna go on my first attempt at some "real" self nocked shafts. Just haven't decided what wood yet. Was actually thinking of trying some of the German spruce shafts from Kustom King, the price is definitely right and I've had good experiences with sitka spruce. However, the Surewoods are awfully tempting, I've just heard so many good things about them. Whatever I decide on, I know I have the best quality feathers out there to fletch 'em up with :)
Those turned out great Cory! Love the stand as well.
