Hey all,
I'm getting ready to change my arrows, they need new feathers anyway so I thought I might do some different colors.
My arrows are aluminum and carbon as I haven't made it to woodies yet, but I want to this year.
Right now I have some with brite PINK feathers with matching wrap. I also have some of the fluorescent yellow feathers with matching wraps. Those show up pretty well, but I'd like to try some other combinations.
Does anyone use ALL WHITE FEATHERS with a white wrap? I'd like to see some pics of those arrows.
What other colors do you use to be able to see your arrows on the way to the target and to be able to find them easily when you miss?
Please post pics of your favorites or what you like.
Also, I have thought of getting some of the rabbit fur in the same color as the feathers and put a tiny strip right in front of the nock. Does anyone else do this and if so, does it improve the visibility?

I do mine with all white or all yellow. I four-fletch them also. They show up pretty good. I've been thinking about chartreuse. I put too much work into my arrows to not use bright colors. I have never been busted because of bright colors.Gary
4 Fletch in White or Chartruese/yellow really show up, especially in flight/target. The 4th feather really really helps.
Here (NH)we can bowhunt through the gun season and while I'll wear orange moving to/from my stands, I'm still uncomfortable carrying white fletch bobbing and moving in the woods. If you use a fletch cover, probably no problem.
I have white cresting, nocks and white/grey barred fletch. Not too pleased with them when there's snow on the ground...

I was shooting in a "golf shoot" out in eastern Oregon last month. There was a lot of green coming up along with the brush and stuff. I was surprised at how visible the chartreuse fletching was. Like a neon light in amongst the natural greenery.
These are 3-D arrows and I love white on white. They shine like new money in the air, in the woods, in the targets, in the dirt.

To my eyes white is extremely visible in the whitetail woods. Also shows blood the best. Since I use a bow quiver I sometimes worry about the deer seeing movement of the white blob in my quiver since whitetails obviously see white very well. That could all just be in my head though.
Jon, I had people seeing my white fletching hundreds yards away so I guess deers do too,this is a reason why I put some camo fletching cover on them.I have the best of both words,camo when on the quiver and hightly visible on flight!!

I prefer my hot pink dip with all pink feathers, all white or chartruese. I also like Chartreuse dip with chart/white feathers. When bowhunting during the rifle season, I use Blaze Orange dip with AMG flo orange feathers.

I use all pink fletching with pink/green wraps on my regular arrows and flo yellow/flow green on my flu-flu arrows. The flu-flu arrows really stand out in the woods, almost like a pack of highlighters. The regular arrows are less obnoxious but are still very easy to visually track during flight and find during all seasons, even for a guy with poor eyesight.

I always use either all white or all chartruse. Never had any issue with deer but most of my hunting is from treestands. I use fletch cover during turkey season.

Hard to beat all chartruese for hi vis.They are like non electric lumenocks in low light.

I have been using the chartreuse and yellow wrap as (vtmtnman), and have served me well visually. But I sure do like Joe Skipp's orange arrows ,maybe a rifle hunter would see me . Ken
I ran 4-5" feathers on a reflective white wrap last year and loved it. Going to try some combination of pink and white this year. I've tried the yellow and chartreuse stuff but didn't think it stood out very well on the fallen leaves.

A friend uses 4 pink feathers on blue shafts.
Very easy to pick up, and hard to lose.
