Title: Arrow weight

Hey guys,
I started shooting wood this year. I thought it would be as simple as picking a wood type, field point ang spine for the weight of my bow. Big surprise. There is much more to wood than I have ever expected.
Can you direct me to a site that explains weight of an arrow and an Foc?
