Just wanting to know what ya all think about the VPA 150 3 blade broadheads. With then being shorter than others will there be penetration issues. I do know they sharpen easy and look very sturdy.
Dave
No issues with any VPA's, one of the best heads on the market in any size. I have shot the 125 grain screw-ins with my brass inserts thru a couple deer with no problem. Shawn
I love the VPA broadhead. I shoot the 160 glue ons and they are my go to broadheads.
I shoot the 200's, so a little longer, but if my arrows spined out right with the 150's I wouldn't hesitate a second!
Thanks guys I knew all I would have do is ask and my worries be gone.
no worries...
Great heads
VPA is one of the best!
One of my favorites. From Steenbuck in Africa to Buffalo in Australia and everything in between they have worked for me...Flawlessly.
Trust me if Andy says they're good to go don't hesitate to use them.
Killed two pronghorn, a while tail buck and a mountian lion with them this year. Worked great.
Ya those 150's look kind of stubby compared to the others. I love the 175' and 200's, and like the looks better, but I do have some 150's and hope to run them through something next fall.
They're an excellent broadhead. My favourite VPA broadhead. Hunted small game to water buffalo with them and never had a problem.
take a look at the 2 blade Penetrators as well...even easier to get shaving sharp than the 3 blade Terminators
