Title: Simmons Sharks Customer service
Post by: Converml on April 22, 2013, 01:51:00 PM
I ordered the steel-master-broadhead-and-knife-sharpener with my broadheads. Won't say which shipping Co. ( don't want to cause anyone any angst     :bigsmyl:   ) but anyway as well as they were packed of the 4 ceramic rods that were packed 2 were broke 1 medium and one smooth.

I called Dave to buy 2 sets to replace them that way I figured I would have a backup set anyway.

Well he wouldn't hear of it and insisted on replacing them. In fact he sent the 2 sets hi speed.
Exceptional service and a sweet product. I just wanted such service to be recognized. Thanks Merle    :clapper:

Let me know how well the sharpener works I have been thinking of resurrecting my 165 land sharks. But just can't seem to get them hair poppin sharp with an accusharp.

Yep talked to him last week and he is a super guy. Top shelf to say the least. I could tell after two minutes of talking that he was a honest man of his word that has great morals. Makes me very proud to shoot Simmons.

Had precisely the same experience with broken rods, and the same response from Dave. Also, the sharpener does a MEAN job on the Simmons broadheads.

I ordered some when i was at Rick Welch's class.
Now I recommend 2 more guys with great service.
Rick and Dave are both from the same school.
Refreshing nowdays...
