Hey everybody, my bucket of arrows has overfloweth, actually it was just a large water pitcher, but it was time to do something about it.

So I had a bunch of shipping material, some hand tools, some cloth I was going to back over a fiberglass tape board bow, and the mandatory duct tape.

I got them tubes cut, I thought I was just going to use 6 of them but decided to use those short ones later anyway.

Putting the two short ones in meant I didn't need to build a box to the size of the longer 6.

So it doesn't look great empty....

but once it's full of shafts and feathers I think it looks pretty good tucked in the corner.

Total cost once I take out materials I had on hand, zero dollars. I think it took me longer to edit the pictures and post to TG than it took to make it.

Nice! Quick, easy and eficient!
You can go to Lowes and get plastic endcaps that fit the cardboard tubes perfectly. I have been doing that for 20 years. I perfer the bigger tubes. Shawn
Very nice idea! My arrows could use some attention like that!

Well, I guess I'll have to order a couple new fishing poles from Cabelas so I can get the tubes. :bigsmyl:
Good idea. Looks good, may have to do something similar.
I have some 3 inch dia PVC tubes bolted to the shop wall.
Pretty nifty Thom. Much better than my buckets.
Great idea. I have a few buckets, but the arrows and shafts get to be quite a confusing mess. I'll have to try putting some tubes in my buckets.
Very nicely done Thom. Do you have any idea how many of us you probably just put to work instead of sitting around reading Trad Gang posts?
You can gp to Home Depot or Lowes and ask for the carpet tubes and they will usually give them to you! Shawn
Very nice, and plaid goes with everything.
Either your single or thats a photo of your man room. Not sure I could get away with arrow rack next to the couch :D
But yeah thats a great idea for a simple arrow organizer
I just flip over a milk crate

Good way to recycle Thom!
good idea Thom
Thanks for the nice comments everyone, I was just trying to find room for 3 dozen more shafts!
Thom
That is a good idea! I also use that "milk crate" concept.
Six 5gal buckets w/tubes keep all my arrows organized. Cost=$0.
Trad archers are a cheap lot, aren't we?
I have two of these nail kegs. One has 1/2 inch holes and the other has 1 1/2 inch holes.
