I had the wonderful pleasure of hosting Trad Gang member "Glenbo" and his friend Tim for some Hog, turkey, bowfishing and striped bass fishing (all in 36 hours) just a few days ago. Man did we have a great time with those guys. We caught some good stripers, came close on some monster carp of 30+pounds and Glen came so very close to his first turkey that came to within about 16 yards of our blind, but faded at the last moment. We hunted into the night but the hogs seemed to know we were there and came in a couple hours after we left the stands (trail cams). It was a hoot and an exhausting adventure. These guys were great to be around and my 15 year old son Luke and I can't wait to hunt with them again.
Today when my son got home from school there was a package waiting on him. He eagerly opened it up to find an awesome hickory bow that Glen had made and sent to him. It took him all of 30 seconds to have it strung and off we went to the pasture to fling some arrows. It is a great shooter and luke has some plans already for it in the hog woods.
Thanks to Glen for this wonderful gift. Trad Gang folks are just simply awesome!

Yup, Glenbo is a great guy!! I also have had the pleasure of recieving one of his selfbows! Great shooters, mine was made froma piece of hickory I had given him, the one your son recieved may have came from that same stave.(Maybe Glen will let us know). I love the small limb tips and how well they perform, just shot mine some today!! Great pic. of your boy, kind of looks like one of the Wensels shooting style! Shawn
