The postman just left, and when I opened the package I couldn't have been happier. Jim had sent me some pictures, but they were off his phone. I had no idea this bow would look this good in person. Here are some pictures. The riser is macassar ebony and the limbs are myrtle burl. The limb tips are sheep horn. It's 64" and 45@28. I've got to call into work and lay off and go shoot this thing!!!

Oh yeh, that is sweet. Let us know how she shoots. congrats.
Wow, gorgeous bow! Congrats and be sure to post some shooting pics.
Yes sir that is a good looking bow. He did a fantastic job on the front overlay. Very well blended combination.
Thanks guys. I couldn't have asked for anything more as far as my taste goes. He did do a nice job on how everything came together. I like how everything is neutral and nothing over the top.
wow! That is a sweet buffalo. Those bows always look amazing.
puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurdy!
I'll take it! Oops, forgot which forum I was in :D . Wishful thinking. beautiful bow.
That buff is fantastic
The big man just keeps getting better! I like the slightly lower grip.
Sweet, I have only shot Jims bows. Gonna have to own one someday! Congrats on a beauty! Shawn
That's a beauty!
Very nice!!!
Awesome looker, they shoot the same way, congrats!
That a beautiful Bow! :bigsmyl:
Beautiful bow !!! Congrats
I've been at a friends house shooting it. I've never shot a bow that's so quiet and smooth. I think it's the one for me. I was hitting the bullseye within a few shots with hardly any tinkering. Carbon Heritage 150's with 145 grain up front and cut to 32.25 seems to be doing the trick. Thanks for all the comments,I'll be out shooting it a bunch more tomorrow.
Very nice!
Great looking bow!
Unwrapping one of Jim bows is truly something to behold ...Congrats very nice Buff right there, very nice!!!
That is a beautiful bow! Best of luck in the upcoming season.
I've owned several of Big Jim's bows and love them. My favorite is currently my go to hunting bow. 60" t/d 50#@28".Redwood burl veneers, desert ironwood riser with horn tips and overlays and beaver tail grip.
I haven't shot a group this good since I got back into archery. This bow is silent, really smooth, and now I know the meaning of getting a bow that shoots where you look. (http://i1254.photobucket.com/albums/hh619/_9alex/100_2012.jpg) (http://s1254.photobucket.com/user/_9alex/media/100_2012.jpg.html)
Beautiful bow, and great group. Enjoy!
That is a beauty!
I can see that the grip suits you well! Nice Bow!

I have one of those on my bucket list. Nice bow
Incredible looking bow!
Thanks guys. If you get one Scott you won't be disappointed. I've got three weeks of vacation coming up and a place that has some hogs on it,I'm really going to try and get something with it.
Unbelievably beautiful!! I love my Big Jim buffalo.
Really nice! Great combination of woods, stunning.
