I know a lot of folks use Duco for fletching arrows, I never have. I'm thinking about trying it and have a couple questions:
Is it good to use for nocks also?
Which color tube? I've heard there are 2 now and one of them is no good...
Works just fine for the nocks on my woodies. Didn't know they had made another color tube. I always buy the green/yellow tube.
That's the one I'll be looking for then, thanks.

Same here.
I have the green and yellow too that was all 3 rivers sells
Green and yellow tube for nocks bonds so well you have to cut them off with a sharp utility knife if you robin hood or break one.All I ever use for plastic nock to wood arrow.
I only use Duco on wood arrows with a polyurethene finish.Everything else I Platinum fletch-tite.
It has been my experience the glue can go bad with age. I bought 10 tubes and glued up enough arrows (feathers & nocks) to last for several years shooting.
Years later I went to use some of the old tubes and noticed the glue was real yellow looking during use. The feathers would fall off just walking around. So buying lots of tubes to save time & money didn't work out for me.
I use the green and yellow tube didn't know there was any other available. If you have a Family Dollar store near you they carry it for $1.50 a tube.
For wood with Poly is works great, with bohning products and non-poly it never worked for me. I would never use it on anything but woodies, too many other great products for carbons and aluminum. Shawn
Duco is in compatible with Bohning Fletch Lac or any arrow wraps. It does work with Daly's. It works for all nocks including Bohning
Thanks guys. Grabbed some yesterday in the green tube, it was the only kind Ace had. Maybe I heard wrong about the two different kinds.
I use the Minwax wipe-on poly in the silver can, is it gonna work with that?
It works fine with gasket lacquer as well. I was recently given some tubes that were at least 3 years old.....still clear in color, and holds just like fresh glue.
It was Barge that changed.
Whole nother animal.

You're right, Killdeer, don't know why I thought it was Duco...
