In the almost 20 years I've been in this business, I never thought I'd be saying this......
Due to being overwhelmed with orders, along with my responsibilities as a volunteer coach for the NASP, President of the Southern Traditional Archery Association, and other duties, I have to stop taking orders for a while until I can get caught up. I rather do this than make my customers wait indefinately.
Currently, I hope to resume taking orders in mid-May, after the NASP National Championship. At worst, I should have an update no later than then.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience, especially to my long-time customers. Videos are still available for shipment.
This announcement will be on my site as soon as my webmaster gets to it.

Sounds to me like you need to work on your multitasking skills Chad... :biglaugh:
Chad, I'm sure everyone will understand. Sounds like you've got a lot on the table right now. Keep us posted and good luck.

You are doing the sane thing and announcing it is the coniderate thing. Quality all the way. Lou
Smart move Chad. Having customers calling all the time wanting to know where their order is only adds to the stress on your end.
Troy
That is what real customer service is about. A well restected move Chad. As soon as your able to take orders again I am sure you will be loaded up with all you can handle.
Totally understand, Chad. After our conversation the other day I don't see how you even have time to sleep.
Best of luck to you.
Bruce
Wow, I'm glad I stocked up. I guess this is what happens when you make the best product on the market.
Chad, love the strings I got so far from ya, got others in line to get more from ya, keep up the good work and we will keep ya busy!
It might be time to bring on a part timer to take some of the strain off of you. Lots of good businesses have vanished because the owners tried to do too much themselves.
Chad, very nice to let people know!! You make a great string and as said above your customer service is top notch! Good Luck in all you do!! Shawn
Prime example of how communication to customers is VITAL for a successful business.
Your both warranted and candid communication vividly maintains upholding the customer needs and expectations as primary.
Thank you.....
Chad thanks for the heads up. Glad I got mine last week. As others have said.great guy, good strings, and good service. Hang in there. Most times things work out.
I really appreciate the good word! It's all good--I'm not about to go off the deep end or anything (well, no closer than usual). I just hate making folks wait. Things are going great here, I've just got to get a few fires put out before I take on anything more.
We have our NASP State Championship coming up this week. I'll be there from Monday-Wednesday to help with that.
We have our Jerry Pierce Memorial tournament coming up in May, plus the NASP National Championship. I'll be in KY with BCY for that for 4 days..
In June, we have our Catch-a-Dream Charity Tournament. Toward the end of June it's the NASP World Championship in MO, with BCY for 3 or 4 days.
Then comes July, when I'll be travelling to CT to BCY, from there to PA for Denton Hill, back to CT, then back home. That's another 7-10 days gone.
During all that, I need to get several hundred strings finished. Just don't have enough hours in the day to do all that, plus take on new orders.
So....I had to make a decision...the only logical one was to stop taking new orders for now, until I can get caught up.
Again, thanks for the kind words, and for your patience!
Chad
Chad you just have not thought this thru. If others can drive down the road and text on the telephone I don't see why you can't twist up a few strings while doing all of your road trips. Hah! Be safe.
