Tom will be making the 'Masters' today for replication....and they will be sent out this week.

Looks like all is on schedule for shipments starting the 3rd week of September.

Mixed feelings from me, glad its done and happy with the results for sure, but the journey is over for Volume 1.  Like the end of a hunt when you know you must return home....and you really don't want to leave.  Its been fun and memorable....and I can't wait to do it again.

I'd like to publicly thank Tom Mussatto once again for all the hard work he put into this.  Tom is a great representative and patron of Trad Bowhunting, and I look forward to meeting him in the near future face to face.....and our next journey together on Vol II.

Yes, masters will go out this week and folks should start getting copies by end of September if all continues to go smoothly.

One thing stood out as we were working on putting this together. Whether going after the big stuff in Africa, or trying to collect a frog leg dinner from Texas ponds, traditional archers have fun doing what they do.

Total run time is ~85 minutes for the feature (hunts) and another ~60 minutes of How To's, excellent instruction on shooting a trad bow well, and Charlie Lamb will entertain you with some stories as only Charlie can. That's a lot of media for 20 bucks.

Thanks to everyone who helped out here by generously providing video and audio. You guys did good. I hope everyone is satisfied with how we handled your material, and I hope that everyone who took a chance and forked out the $20 feel they got their money's worth.

I'm going to load up the truck with a couple bows, 27 dozen arrows, a couple coolers, my hammock, and head to the post office tomorrow with the masters. I'll leave the post office and head straight to the squirrel woods. Should be back by November. Maybe.   :)

Mac vs CP snaffu!!!...its all fixed now, but the artwork proof was here when I got back, and the PC I used was all find and dandy on the color....but when it got sent from the Mac that created it elsewhere....the leather was a putrid green color....and it almost went to print that way.  Luckily I found a proof on my desk that was covered up with other 'stuff' while I was away, and I got it yanked out of production just in time, and got it re-worked.

Looks like they will now ship the last week in Sept.

OH, BTW..please do not mail in orders on Huddle House napkins!!!!.......or any other small scrap of paper!!! There will be no guarantee that those orders will not get lost in the sea of regular sized order forms.

I would give you grief for having anything to do with a Mac, but the publishing bizness doesn't leave you much option....

This is just one of the reasons I don't fool with graphics.

Good.   Macs are like cars that run on sunlight...but can only navigate 5% of the highways on the planet.

That will probably change too shortly. They recently started using Intel chips in their machines....and they didn't do it to bring their systems "down" to PC standards.   :)  

If a little glitch in the cosmetics of this project is the only problem encountered we should consider ourselves lucky. Lots of things can go wrong in doing something like this.

I don't use a MAC.......but my printing company I found out did...and that was the reasonfor the color difference.

It all looked good on my monitor, and printed out lookin good.......then I got the proof..the MAC version that was sent to the replicatoin company.......YUCK!

I'm a professional photographer, and I'm sure it didn't have to do with cross platform PC/Mac.  It was more likely a color conversion RGB to CMYK in printing.  I would be more than happy to help out any way I can next time.

Its been years since I remember buying a hunting video. Since changing to trad I seem to enjoy them less. Well except when they are shooting trad equipment. Now I'm realy looking forward to this one. I can't wait.

If all goes as planned.....they'll show up at the dock of our building today...and we'll start packing them in envelopes tomorrow...and start pasting the addresses on Monday.

We will be cutting and pasting the addresses that were given to use via our paypal print out, and mail orders will be either cut and pasted, or carefully re-written....so start looking for them to arrive in your mail box late next week.

Don't know when they'll be showing up but I do know Terry is working hard to get these out as fast as he can. Each one has to be packed and labeled individually and there's a bunch of them. Big job.

Just a handfull of pre-orders left in house...one's with no address...heck if I know why paypal didn't provide them....but I've got emails out to those that I need an address for.

We have also recieved a lot of order, WITH ADDRESSES, since the DVDs arrived, and they will ALL go out tomorrow.

I ordered mine yesterday....very excited....and teh first archery video I Have ever bought!

Received my video in week-end mail. Returned from hunting in Oklahoma on Sunday and viewed the video on Monday (Columbus Day). Congratulations on a job well done. I'll be ordering a couple more copies as Christmas gifts.

Terry, I especially enjoyed and I believe learned from your demo., some things that will help my shooting.  The double anchor and bending at the waist will make me shoot better....if I do my part.
