I spoke to him before ordering and he walked me through the process and spent a good 45 minuted talking with me.

Couldn't agree more, really nice guy to deal with and loves helping people out. Spent an inordinate amount of time with me on the phone helping me figure out how to sharpen 2 &3 blade VPA'S
