99 arrows to fletch. Take one down, fletch it around, 98 arrows to fletch on the wall...
1/4" arrows for the youngins at the Michigan Longbow Association's Spring Shoot.
I'm sure it will be a nice bouquet when it's complete.

Got a long monotonous task ahead of you! Good this it's not too difficult. I can't imagine how glued up your fingers will be (unless you're using fletching tape), haha.
All in all it's worth it for the youngins!
Have fun!
Mike, if they are all straight and sealed that's the tough part. I always look forward to the fletching....of course I'm not doing 99 at a time! I'm sure the kids will love them.
Yes, but just imagine those little smiles when they shoot your arrows.
Mike, You need 10 jo Jan Multi fletchers lined up and a couple volunteers :readit: It will be rewarding to see them getting flung around!
Awesome job Mike all your work is appreciated.
That's good stuff Mike
Stay tuned for what the Michigan Longbow Association has in store for these, and there are also the same amount getting done up in 5/16" for the bigger kids. One thing we know how to do and that is have Fun.
That's great Mike. They'll love it. God bless you.
Way to go Bro.
When is the Shoot Mike?
Mike I have a bunch of end pieces both RW and LW in a bag that I have left over from making feather rests and fletching arrows. Some pretty good stuff and some not so good. A lot of natural barred and dyed natural barred.
If you want it for the project I'll ship it to you.

I do appreciate the offer, but have enough for now. I'm sure someone out there can use them. Maybe there is a State Organization willing to make up arrows for the kids in their State.
There is nothing better then seeing a smile on a kids face. Here is my 7 yr old last weekend down in Gatlinburg, TN. The smile says it all.

NOT a chance. Quick is NEVER the right way, at least when it comes to making arrows. Some guys love it, but I have had it fail before, and will not go down that road again. To each their own, but for me, it's Duco from here on out.
Tape (by itself) is designed to fail. Something can only stay tacky for so long. If I need to add glue front back and middle I might as well glue the whole thing? Why do you think glue needs to be added? Because tape will not hold and needs some help.
