Title: Neat pic
Post by: Bill Carlsen on March 29, 2013, 05:53:00 PM
Checked my trail cam across the brook from the house this afternoon. We saw a deer there this AM so wanted check it out. We got his pic but also another surprise....a first for us. Notice the head of the hen near the bottom center.

Here's what my other camera caught just before dinner late afternoon yesterday. These are mostly jakes but we have another group of at least 6 longbeards that show up ocaisionally. Looks pretty promising but we don't get a crack at them until May.

Have had a flock of 25 in the field 150 yards from the house three times this week. At least 5 gobblers all fanned out each time. So I put my camera back out yesterday in hopes of getting some awesome pictures like that.
