I have never been a fan of shiney bows, but some pieces of Cocobolo deserve a little extra work.

The shelf and side plate are protected with very thin pieces of Ostrich leg leather from BigJim.

Very cool Kenny!!

I look forward to seeing it soon.  Perhaps we can hunt out left and right coco bobcats in a turkey blind this spring...

Thanks guys.

Roman has come a long way in developing the Bobcat. Although I love the smoothness and quiet of the Hybrid long bow, there's nothing like the curves and punch of the recurve. It's not as forgiving of longer draws as the longbow, but he is in the beginning phase of developing STATIC tipped, longer limbs. He should have them available at ETAR this July.

At my draw, around 27", this bow simply BLASTS heavy arrows. I don't yet have things completely tuned, but am getting there.

I had the opportunity to shoot this bow today.  It is beautiful.  You can take pictures all day long and they won't do it justice.

Sweet little bow!  The cocobolo in it is amazing.
