I am thinkin about gettin a take down bow. I found a Fedora 50#. Im not sure of the year or model. Does anyone shoot them and how do you like Fedoras.
I currently shoot two Fedora longbows but just sold a td recurve a few months ago. It was all cocobolo and a little too heavy in mass than I care for now. It was the quietest recurve I ever owned. You'll be amazed at how well behaved they are for the speed you get out of them.
I have had several Fedoras over the years. They have all been outstanding.
As good as they get.
Had several over the years and still have a couple. Mike is a great bowyer and one of the old timers. Outstanding bows!
Outstanding bows. Love my 560
I recently picked up a 58" Extreme. Great little bow.
I have been on the hunt for a 60# or heavier Fedora Extreme or Excellorator - Longbow. I haven't found one for sale, yet.
I have a Fedora Recurve, 62" 60# at 28", and I love it.

Never shot a Fedora T/D...riser seems a tad long and blocky. However, I own an H560 one piece that is very fast, smooth and very pointable. I also like the thumb rest. This bow with a dacron string is faster than bows of equal wt with FF strings. Love my "Lefty"
Only problem with the Fedora bows is one is never enough!
Great bows better people!

The Extreme hybrid, like the one shown above is my favorite hunting bow.
Fedora bows rock. My first custom bow over 20yrs old and of all the bows I have owned it is still with me.Only other original bow I have had for almost as long and is going nowhere would be my Bowriver Summitt by my good brother Ric Lepp.Gary.
I have never owned or shot a Fedora bow but can tell you they are knowledgeable and good people to deal with. I bought some bowbuilding materials fron them and the products and service was first rate.
Shot my highest 3 D score ever, with a Fedora.
