Im looking for the thread where the Packseat had some modifacations done to it for turkey hunting.
This guy also had a bow blind he had made as well and he seemed like he had things figured out in the "Blindless Turkey Game"!!!
Anyone remember? :dunno:
Thx
Ben
Search JoeBuck or Joey Buchanan
Great thx!!!!
Yeah that would be Joe Buck. He had some nice seat mods. He add a tube to hold decoy stakes, and netting or bungies to act as a pocket to hold other equipment. Most guys mount a small removable day pack to the upper back. A quick camo spray as well.
PM me I could show you what I've done.
You don't need a thread, you need a Waldrop.
Have used numerous seats over the past 20+ years.
The Waldrop has gotten the nod the past three years.

Joebuck is the inspiration. Here is one of threads I started after trying to follow in his footsteps.

Here are some pictures of my pacseat after adding a Blacks Creek Turkey Tuxedo to it. I can carry everything I need for a mobile hunt including ghillie suit, decoys, calls, etc.
Check out the sponsors classifieds - I think George might still have a tuxedo or two available.

Whip, what is the name of the decoys?
The tom is called a Spin N Strut. There is a string that attaches to it - when pulled he swivels 1/4 turn and raises the fan.
The hen is a Zink Avian X.
I have become a believer in good decoys. Have added both a DSD jake and submissive hen to the flock for this spring. I won't likely use them all at the same time, but will mix them up depending on the time of the season.
Thanks Joe!!
