Title: Dirty B turkey decoy
Post by: BRONZ on March 07, 2013, 09:35:00 PM
Wanted to see if y'all had thoughts on the new decoy from Primos?

I gotta admit, I'm thinking about picking one up.  At $120, I'm a little apprehensive, but the concept has merit IMO; especially on those henned up toms and evening hunts when toms don't seem to respond well to calls.

looks like a good decoy and I think it would work well but check your regs.  Here in Michigan it states no mechanical or motion decoys.

I think it would work good on call shy birds with a hen decoy out also but a struter and every thing else out it would be more like huntin geese with all that out there lol

Looks like another gimmick from primos. I don't doubt that out of the countless hours of filming the got some footage of some birds falling for it. But, seriously? LoL and $120?

That is cool, but I think I'll pass if they cost $120. It really looks like a great idea though.

I have never tried the decoys with motion but this year am trying the Killer B  to see if movement away from me and my location will distract their attention away from me more so the only thing moving isn't my draw for them to focus on.
I don't see why it wouldn't work especially if you put a hen  there also. To me it looks more like a gobbler getting some action rather than wounded. That is bound to tick off some Tom.
