I am posting this write up and pics for Bob B, because he is having some computer issues
New Two Tracks Echo ....
I have a new Two Tracks Echo for Chuck. She is brown glass back and belly, 3 lams tempered boo, with a myrtle riser. It is 48 pounds at 29 inches and as expected isvery smooth on the draw. Also, as it is a string follow, it is easy on both draw and release. The bow is nearly dead in the hand. I have not finished tuning or finding the exact spine to shoot out of her. To that end, I find this bow to be very spine tolerant. I have shot arrows that spine in the mid fifties to mid seventies ... without a broadhead, they fly well, however, the bow seems to really like my cane arrows so far. They come in around 540 grains and fly like darts. I am surprised at the speed of the bow, being a lower poundage. I have some 500 grain arrows that just jump off the bow (FAST) but I get better flight out of the cane arrows.
Chuck builds a real nice bow!

Thanks for posting this for me Brian, I appreciate your help.
Bob.
Love mine!
oh that poor deer..
Yeah Joe, that deer has been hunted for about 3 years now. It has been hit a lot between me, my children and students, there is not a place on her that has not been hit!
Bob.
Saaawwweeeeetttttt!!
Bob I am jealous!!
God bless,Mudd
Nice bow for sure. I am looking to replace my Pete George,64@28 with a similar bow of lesser weight (55lbs.) I like what everyone has to say about their stringfollow bows.
Can you give me an idea what the bow performs at say 35 yds?
Chuck does some mighty fine work...as always.
I like that brown glass.
Bob, that is a sweet bow, Chuck make awesome bows and he is a great guy to boot! Maybe instead of buying new bows..... Save for a new Target.!! :bigsmyl:
Congrats Bob on a fine looking bow! Love the classic look.
That poor deer needs to be retired. Beautiful bow.
Man I keep drooling every time I see one of those Echo's. great looking bow!
I have really been looking at these bows to. I want to shoot one when I get the chance. Chuck is a great guy and these bows sure look good.
Nice bow
Nice looking bow Bob. I sure do like Myrtle risers, especially in the classic American Longbow. Your bow is sharp looking for sure.
I love my Echo too. I see more are getting out there, I updated my review of the Echo in the "Product Review" section with more pictures if anyone wants to take a peek at another Echo.(Mudd wanted to see a full draw pic)
Rick
This bow seems to be very popular and building them has kept Chuck busy, and out of trouble. Mine isn't too far off, I hope!! Mine has a special story with it-I'll post pictures when it comes home.
Thank you Ricker!!!
That picture showed me perfectly what I wanted to see.
God bless,Mudd
You are quite welcome Mudd, my pleasure. I'm curious Bob, how long is your Echo?
Bobby B you've latched on to another winner.
Richer,
My bow is 68 inches long. I really am impressed with the speed for a lower poundage bow. Also it is very smooth on the draw ...it loads gently throughout the draw, real smooth and even. It gives me a crisp release and is very stable. It is a real fun bow to shoot.
Bob.
I agree Bob, mine is 68" also. I really have liked 66" bows in the past and want to try an Echo that length....oh boy, better start saving and getting on Chucks list. I have a feeling once the word gets around the wait will get long.
So lets just keep it between us okay? :saywhat:
Thanks everyone,
Phil, you are coming up quick and I am really jacked up to build this bow, it really is a cool thing we have to do.
Bob, your deer is just fine, lots of arrows left in that ole girl.
have a great weekend all.
CTT
I don't want to hijack the thread over in the Product Review section, but I also have a full draw pic from the day I got my Echo. I don't think I've posted this anywhere on TG yet so I'll post it here if it's not stepping on any toes.
70" Echo, appears the timer went off while I was just a smudge over 30" of draw:

Hey Thom, you and any of the other Echo owners are quite welcome to post on my review thread of the Echo. The more the merrier I say. Go on over and add your thoughts.
Best Regards,
Rick

A long drive for you Pat ;)
