The weather was almost like summertime during the day and a touch of frost at night!
As I was driving north the worrying about freezer space entered my mind a time or two.
A few hours later

Congrats on Stew....
When you said "driving North" that surprised me...I would have guessed South of Los Gatos would be where the hogs are...
About how far North? Not looking for your secret spot of course, just trying to understand Cali. and hog hunting better
Did you need any help dragging him out? :biglaugh: Thats a big rabbit.

It is where Glory Hogs 2 was filmed. 2 hrs North of San Francisco, between Healdsberg and the coast.
You can order the DVD from South Cox at Stalker Bows.
The hog hunting in Cali is well known, we are trying to keep the rabbits a secret!
BIG BUNNY, I saw jacks when I was out west but nothing like that! Must be the Cali lifestyle...lol!
Heck, that rabbit ain't all that big... have any trouble packing out the quarters?
:D
I think that rabbit may be as big as the blacktail I killed in the Ventana Wilderness Area some 20 years ago.
Dave
Nice rabbit for sure!
:bigsmyl:  :archer2:
Nice rabbit, but if you were headed to Hillside I bet there's more to the story :)
that rabbit is as big as some deer I have seen here in NC........... :goldtooth:
European mount for sure.
Thats one big rabbit.
Single bevel passed right through; you could never get that with a three blade. :p
Interesting.
Thanks Bjorn!
That thing has ears longer than the deer I killed this year..RC
Wow what did it tip the scales at??? :goldtooth:
That's a fine looking HOG! He sure does have long ears, though. Looks like good eatin. Good Job!
Huge rabbit! I think if I saw one of those I'd have to resort to the ol' Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch! :biglaugh:
Looks like one of Charlie's rabbits
Last time I saw a rabbit that big it was chasin' a beagle! :bigsmyl:
Good shot Bjorn!
Wow Bjorn.......I did not know they had Kangaroos in Cali? You must be hunting on one of those exotic "wild" game farms! :dunno:
Stew!! :biglaugh:

Suppose the children of California receive larger baskets of colored eggs, candy and toys.
A nice addition to a small game slam.
Way to go Bjorn!
