Title: Magnus Customer Service

I know a lot of people already know this,but I just wanted to relay a recent good buying experience from Matt at Maguns feathers. I bought some feathers from him and it had been a number of days so I thought I would give him a call and see if they had been shipped or not because my local postal service is not the best. He said he'd check and get back with me. A little while later he said he had overlooked it and that he would get them out,and would ferund the shipping. I got the package in the mail and in addition to some fine looking feathers there was six dollars in the package. To me that's customer service that is going by the wayside. Great guy to deal with!

They don't get any better than Matt. "Top of the Line" "First Class" "Cream of The Crop" and any other cliche you might want to come up with.

People everywhere make mistakes.

When a young, enterprising businessman takes away his profit, because he "overlooked" that isn't just "customer service" that is something way above and beyond!

Problem with such grand gestures is that those folks can't last long in the marketplace giving up profit...but it sure warms the cockles of our hearts to see it when it happens!

It is precisely this type of tradgang "written word" advertising that informs us of the upstanding merchants that are out there for us to do business with. My feathers are on the way, a birthday gift from my wife. Matt's service has been great; sight unseen, I know the quality will be exceptional. Thanks, Matt.
