I am looking at a two piece to take on trips with me and just wondering about the durability of the carbon sleeve type bows ?

Never heard of a failure with this type of 2 pc. Mine is fiberglass I think. I also have 2 with the Bow-Bolt. All are good. Lubricate the sleeve type with a very hard paste wax. Softer wax can become hard to seperate in cold weather. Safest way is to grip  the bow behind your knees and spread your legs, thats how you seperate sticky fishing rods.

I've been shooting BamaBows with Nate's carbon sleeve for several years now, on several different bows and they are as rock solid as the day I got them. I love'em. I expect I'll wear out before they do.
