Title: Bear with no serial number?

Hey guys found what I believe to be a 59-63 grizzly todAy it's a factory camo finish with the leather wrap 62" 42# but has no serial number on it just a star stamp. I'm baffled, anyone with more knowledge of this thAt could help me out would be appreciated . Thanks guys Drew

I have a 61 Kodiak with no seial number as well.

Last leather wrap was 1960. Star stamp generally meant a discounted bow-salesman carried the star stamper in his car. Serial numbers were often removed if the bow went back to Greyling to be refinished. Like someone said you should move this to the collector forum to get better answers.
