Title: LEFTIES - R - US
Post by: Jerry Bellmyer on February 09, 2013, 05:21:00 PM
I tell you what...I just put the new string (LRU) on my PCHX.. To say that this "up" the performance of my bow is an understatement...All I can say is "DANG"  AND the service is top notch. I could not believe how fast I got this string...can you believe it.....a quiet widow

Thanks Alan!

I bought a new D-10 string last year and it is an awesome string! I don't think the D-10 is offered anymore, what happened?

Eric, BCY discontinued D10 (or possibly re-named it). I haven't tried to keep up with it. I have switched over to Brownell Ultra Cam and XS2. They both make fantastic strings!

I tried to get a D10 string for my Assyrian bow from another highly regarded string maker but they won't do custom loop sizes. Then I contacted Allen at LRU. Everything went smoothly and less than a week later I received my LRU bow string. The string is very well made. The length is spot on with no adjustments and there are minimal twists in it. Brace height settled and remained stable after the first 100 shots. Best of all its quieter than my stock dacron string. Great people to deal with. Thanks again Allen for the fast service.

Thanks again Jimmy. Your were the first strings of that type that I had ever tried to do. I have to admit that there was a bit of a learning curve on my part to get them right. I enjoyed the challenge!   :jumper:
