I recently bought a Centaur Chimera. I really like it, but it does have that carbon "ting" when you shoot it. Also, I gotta say, I'm fond of wood veneers. What do I lose, if anything if I get an all glass Centaur?
very little noticable speed difference in my view. A glass Centuar is PLENTY fast for me!

On Jim's FAQ page, I think he says the Chimera is 4 or 5 fps faster than the glass.
Best Centaur i had was all Glass. More forgiving it seemed.
