Title: Thank you Trad Gang members
Post by: Hermon on January 30, 2013, 12:47:00 PM
Anytime that my wife starts to get on me about the amount of bows, arrows, and any other archery related stuff that I have around the house, I just bring her here.  Some of you have over 100 bows, hundreds of arrows and it helps to calm her down when she sees others that are afflicted worse than I am.  She just worries that I will try to catch up to those that are afflicted worse than I am.  Thanks for taking some of the heat for me guys (and gals)!   :clapper:

Just this last weekend I was at the Trad show in Kalamazoo Mi. and I found a longbow that I really liked . I was not sure if I should get it and my wife told me to get it or I would regret it later . I must have an unusual wife , she actually talked me into it . I am glad she did . She has only one bow and don't want another but she is tickled to see how I enjoy the ones I have .

I reckon I'm lucky.  My wife supports and understands my hunting hobby, even though she doesn't really care to eat meats.

With that said, I don't keep duplicates around of many things so when I splurge on something nice at least she knows I "need" it.
