Title: Carbon Arrow Questions
Post by: Wyostikbo on January 27, 2013, 11:13:00 PM
I have some new Carbon Express Heritage 250's, I want to put some arrow wraps on them and I'm looking for some advice as far as which brand and any other info you guys might have for me. Also I have some fletch tite platinum glue, will that work with arrow wraps?
Again any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Brent

Check out Onestringer here in the sponsor list, they have some nice Traditional style wraps or solid colors and other styles in many different lengths and widths. They are my favorite arrow wrap supplier, great customer service and great people.I like to scrub my shafts with alittle OOOO steel wool and then wipe it down with alcohol before I put my wraps on.I use Platinum fletch tite for all my wrapped arrows, never had a problem.Onestringer Trad wraps make some nice looking arrows, like they have been crown dipped and crested.

Onestringer        Look at the solid colors and I think it's only $20.00 for 8 dozen mix or match your choice...I always got a few extra's included in most my orders...Never saw anyone else offer 8 dozen for that price...You can customize or upgrade to a special design but it's a little extra...Give them the arrow size and they will make sure they cover the arrow...The brighter flouresent solids are $25.00 for 8 dozen...Just check the sponsor list up top..I found they stick good to Gold tips and easton legacy's very well and Bohning cement works great on the wraps..Both reg. and platinum..

just a heads up clean the snot out of those arrows there is a releasing agent on the wood grain photo finish that makes it hard for anything to stick. a little bit of lacquer thinner on a paper towel will work great. I even go so far as to rough it up with some really like sandpaper just were  the wrap is going.

and heck yeah onestringer all day!!!!!!
