Here is a closer pic, and yes, he DID make the arrow head. They drew on his rock with lencil, and told him where and what to do, and here is the finished product...

Cool- looks like a great time and a fun show to attend. Wish I lived closer!
Better make up some can arrows to haft that to, cause YOU made a promise to the boy!
Neat kid and GREAT experiences for him and Dad!
Absolutely Dave. He's back at it, and I think he will be there all weekend.
Thanks for posting the pics and starting this thread Mike. I will see you there tomorrow. Awesome arrowhead your boy made. Well done!

Thanks for sharing! Next year it's Kalamazoo or bust for me.
Thanks, Mike!
I wish I were there instead of here, but I gotta do this work thing. I think about Kazoo at least once a week. It was one of the funnest things I have ever done. I keep thinking of all the stuff I would like to explore that I ran out of time for last year.
What a super time your young man is having! Making usable arrowheads at his age! And a whole lifetime to seek perfection, should he pursue it.
Past my bedtime, I am off to dream about the campfire in Michigan.
