Title: Friday night fun shoot at Town Hall
Post by: Brianlocal3 on January 20, 2013, 06:03:00 PM: Well everyone. We had our first Friday Night fun shoot of the year. Jack, Monty and the gang at Town Hall hold a competition for us Traditional shooters once a month from January thru March and Friday was the first of 2013. First off id like to say thanks for them staying open past business hours to hold this for us all, as it is a fantastic time filled with good food, good shooting and great people.

Post by: Brianlocal3 on January 20, 2013, 06:10:00 PM: I did not fair very well friday night. I have a laundry list of excuses but I'm not sure I can type that much. LOL. Our very own BigStriper took first in Longbow as he usually does way to go Kurt. Mr. Charlie Mundy took second and Im not sure of third at the moment.
Dennis took first in recurve. Mrs. Marla won the womens division.
first in Longbow was a 353 out of 400 and 350 won the Recurve. I believe Mrs. Marla shot a 351 for the womens.

I can not wait until next month for some more fun, food, and great company

Your pictures brought back good memorys and familiar faces and sites. I moved away 5 years ago and miss it more than anything up in that area. Good times. live em up while u can buddy. Youre in a great area for traditional archery.

its an archery shop like Pat mentioned. I am in Collinsville, IL which is just east of St. Louis,MO, so about 35-40 min from the shop. You are about 2 hours north of us.
