Title: Xmas in January - A new bow!
Post by: Frenchymanny on January 19, 2013, 02:36:00 PM
I had the privilege to pick up my new Thunderchild at Big Jim's (and save the shipping    :biglaugh:  )

The Gentle Giant outdid himself again: I wanted an exact copy of my hunting bow Chameleon, only with a few more pounds.

It went perfect, shot the bow, BigJim helped me to tune my arrow, and hunting I went!

Thanks David!
I had these arrow specially made for my US hunts, because the red white and blue are both the American and French colors

I now have a nice stable of BigJim's, 2 Buffs and 2 Thunderchilds

And the detail of the handles. I love those beavertail grips

Thank you brother. Nothing beats having the tuning of your new bow supervised by the maker himself!

I am so happy with it, and the poundage increase is very manageable, I will probably shoot Denton with this one this year

Super looking bow there Manny.
I would like to try it out the next time we meet. Maybe at the Rockwood stump shoot, or Denton.
