This website is a wealth of knowledge when it come to arrow building, and the best part is that it is FREE to get all the information you could possibly need.  If you cannot find it here, it probably cannot be done.  That being said, I'm sure there are some who will mention some very good books that have been written on the subject.

Beaver to answer your question:

Making Arrows the Old Way
Monte Smith

Making Indian Bows and Arrows
Eagle view Publishing

3Rivers has a few

BB Bibles 1,3 and 4 also touch on arrow building.

You tube is a valuable tool also and of course "google it" and you will find many resources on making arrows.

Bohning puts out a nice pamphlet on how to use their products.

I bought a booklet on making bamboo arrows.  If I can find it you can have it just let me know.

Fred Asbells first "Instinctive Shooting" book has a good chapter on building wood arrows. It only applies to common shafting, no cane or bamboo, etc...

"The Traditional Bowhunter's Handbook" by T.J. Conrads has a good bit of info on making wood arrows.  Just searching this site will give you quite a bit of good info, tho.  Not all of us make wood arrows do it the same way and things that work well for some do not work well for me and vice versa.
