Post by: 3Feathers on January 18, 2013, 02:57:00 PM
Are these heads to wide for a 50lb. longbow and a 25in. draw???Will I get enough penetration using these with that set-up?

They would work for Turkey with that setup, but IMHO from what I have seen they are too big for that setup.

Jim Neave's  of Centaur Archery I believe has a 25 - 26" draw and shoot in the 50# range using his Big Game and Battle Axe heads. Those are real similar to the Interceptor and Tree Shark.  He has taken Bear, Deer, Elk and hogs with no problem,  Take a look on his site in the "Memory Lane" section.  Like they say "Location, Location, Location".
