Built a couple of TD bows for my sons for Christmas and my oldest put his to use 5 days later.
After 4 days and about 25 miles of hard hiking and glassing he made a great shot on this pig. We checked afterward and it was 30 yards on about a 30 degree downhill. I was standing below and behind him about 30 yards on the opposite side of the hill as the pigs. I watched him take the shot and heard the pig grunt, it was awesome!

You must be proud of your son and the bow. Javies are so stinkin' (literally) cool. I got my first one last year. They are made to bowhunt.
:bigsmyl:
Congrats, they are on my bucket list!
Thanks to all, it's a toss up as to who was more excited. He's the USAF part of USAFdad, damn proud dad.
I agree medic77 javelina must have been made for bow hunting.
