Hey all, I am getting a deathwish longbow and just wondering what you all think of them, thanks.
You know mine!!!!!! Best r/d bow I have ever shot
Great bow! smooth, quiet, and good looking.
Craig
Glad to hear, anyothers?
LBshooter2,
I have a 68 inch 54 pounds @ 30 inches Deathwish Yew back and belly with tempered boo cores. It is very fast and quiet, and is nearly dead in the hand. the bow is almost as smooth to draw as my Shrew Hill with string follow.
Steve is so meticulous with his bows, when new they are absolutely flawless. He will write what the brace height should be for the tiller he uses. His weight on the bow is always spot on. They are fun shooters and great hunters. I shot a hog at about 20 yards and hit the spine ... my 600 grain wood arrow with a 2 blade head cleaved the spine in half and dropped the hog instantly.
His bows are magnificant, good on ya, you will love it!!!!

Heey thanks Bob, I am looking forward to getting it.
I have one longbow. It is a Deathwish. It shoots well and has been used to kill several deer, hogs and a coyote. It is quiet and has no hand shock.
You will NOT be disappointed.
Hey Notso, good to hear from you again! Your bow is so awesome looking, I admire it everytime I see it/shoot it. Brian would go crazy over it, he is nuts about that wood in the limbs.
Folks, this guy Notso has put a lot of deer down with his bow as well some hogs. His deathwish is well used and still shooting strong!
Bob.
Would like to see the pics of your deathwish.
I like mine a whole lot.
Notso
Is it a red elm Deathwish?
I would love to see some unstrung profile pics.
