First picture post. Hope this works. It's been a long season but I finally scored for the first time with trad gear. Wild Horse Creek Kestral longbow, wood arrows from Mike at the Nocking Point, and a 2 blade Davis broadhead about 50 years old. Much more satisfying than the several deer harvested with a compound. This Trad deal sure is addicting. Had 5 does under my stand and the target whirled at my release. I got lucky and hit the spine and she went down within 10 feet. Next season I'll try it on the ground. Thanks to the forum for all the great info and stories.
Congrats!!! Way to go! Nothing like getting it done with a stick
Sweeeeet! Looks cold, now you can sit in front of the fire and eat backstraps.
