Thanks Bjorn I was fotunate to get this bow as it is in extremely good condition with no stress.
There is a name for that type of Bubinga grain also like your K-Mag in the middle but I can't remember what it is called.
is it "waterfall bubinga"?
This is what my bowyer calls "water fall" bubinga...or in his vernacular, "snakefight"
I guess all the wavey grain looks like a bunch of snakes to him! :rolleyes:

I plan on hunting with my 63 Kodiak this year.
Yea me too Kadbow, I'm building on some ebony footed woodies now for my Black and White Ebony Widow and I think that I am going to make some up for the '63 as well.Winter time is wood arrow building time.
