I just spent Christmas with my Grandson [6 months old] and it was a wonderful time. They left to go back to Georgia on Saturday and today what pops up on the Classifieds, a Northern Mist youth longbow....48" 18# @ 20".....I had to pull the trigger and get it for my little buddy Ryan. Might as well start him off right...... :archer:

No finer gift... I gave a bow to my granddaughter on her birthday. And by that, I mean her actual birthday, as in the day she was born!
Way to go!!
Yep seen that you bought that one. Great Job!! Post some pics when you get the bow.

I can't wait till he is old enough to shoot it. It will also be fun to get him set up with arrows and a quiver......By then I hope to have moved down to Georgia so I can spend more quality time with him and his mom and dad......I've got to get his dad shooting now.....lol!
Excellent!!!!!

Ron, you have a bow buying addiction  :smileystooges: :bigsmyl:
Ryan has a year or 3 to grow into it but I am sure it will be great fun when he starts flinging arrows.
Happy New year to you and Denise.
Addiction....what addiction, :saywhat: Hope you and Becka have a great year also!!
nothing better than being grampa...i can see him in your hip pocket weather you want him there or not...way to go!!!
I was informed that Dad was a bit jealous with Ryan getting a bow....So I went to the rack and found a Apex Predator Cumberland string follow for dad to play with, he's a history buff and likes the straight old style longbow......gotta keep everybody happy!!
Hey Ron, Good for you. I pray you and your Grandson share all the delight that can be brought by the stick and string.May God bless.
Awesome!!!
Ron,
Everytime I get another bow I tell the wife it's for the grandson. She never argues that way. He is three now and I have him pretty much covered until he's retirement age.
Fantastic! I need to pay more attention. I would like to get one or two more for my archery club.
Good move. Nothing like shooting with the grandchildren. It will happen before you know it.
That's Awesome!
An update, I got my Grandson a longbow, I find out that some friends of his parents got him a lifetime Georgia hunting and fishing license. That's pretty neat.....

Sounds like Ryan is all set!
I'm with you Ron, gotta start'em out right my baby girl isn't even two months old yet, but I'm keeping my eyes open for something for her when she gets a little older
Jason, maybe my Grandson would like to meet your daughter.....lol! :biglaugh:
