I love my auction site vintage woolrich jacket. I have converted 5 people to traditional equipment and I've of those 5 wants a vintage woolrich as well. I found a cheap buffalo plaid black/red and almost have him convinced to bid.
Hoping you all could help me nudge him along to traditional wool jacket.
Its nice to bring back simplicity.
So if you got it, please post it.
Thanks all.
This is a Woolrich.

Ha! That dog is STYLIN'!
I got a very nice red and black makinaw style jacket off the big bid site over thanksgiving. It is a most likely from the 60's and I could not belive the condition. It is awesome and at $30 bucks it was the deal of the year for me. No pics but believe me I have been wearing it every chance I get.
I have my Dad's red/black stag jacket from the 60's and my little jac/shirt that my little brother also wore but we could not wear it out. My Grandmother used to give them to us for Christmas. Last one I got was about '75, the red/black twill jac/shirt. Don't remember what happened to that one. If I have time I'll post some pics.

I like some of the old woolrich myself, vintage woolrich trousers, heavy, quiet and warm. (http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj633/darinputman/IMG_20121222_092841_zpsa41eaa62.jpg)
This is my uninsulated version and "Made in the USA" too bad they have to be made in china these days.
