First off, I hope you and yours are having a Merry Christmas.
Secondly, my mother-in-law did good. She usually finds used archery related books at the friends of the library store, and invariably, they feature compound bows.
After my last birthday, I told her to keep an eye out for Jay Massey books.
She handed me a wrapped book this morning. All I could think was "Oh boy, here's another wheelie book."
Imagine my surprise when I unwrapped it an saw that I was holding a copy Jay Massey's "Bowhunting Alaska's Wild Rivers!"
Yup! She done good!
LOL, my wife got me one of those 'wheelie' books from the local Goodwill as a stocking stuffer, she said "but it had one chapter on trad archery!!" LOL she's a sweetie.
Jay Massey's "Bowhunting Alaska's Wild Rivers!" read that book in one night couldnt put it down .
Thats cool. I have a co worker that works a used book store. I keep hoping she will find something of the sort.
Congrats!
Probably 1 of the best 2 books ever written for us afflicted ones! The other in my opinion is Bows on the Little Delta
