Kirk,
It took a couple of hours of emails back and forth and we had the wraps in 3 days via 1st class mail.
Mike

And what a great papa Henry must have. Merry Christmas.
Way to go PA PA Henry enjoy and have fun!
He absolutely loved the arrows and was counting them as he took them from the tube. When done he said Wow, 12 Henry arrows, go shoot the bow?
It was 26 degrees a snowing a blizzard so I told him we'd shoot them tomorrow.
Then it was on to trucks and stuff after all he's 2 1/2.
Mike
Those are awesome, please let them know there may be some more orders coming in for those! I may have to get some of them for when his Maddog is ready. What a great Papa!
What were your specs on the arrows you made? I have to start a dozen for my oldest. His birthday is in Feb and I need to get started on the arrows. I've never made any for a kids bow before, he's only going to be three so he's about the same age as Henry. Any advice would be appreciated, I'll do a search here on Tradgang as well, Thanks.
I got 1/4 inch poplar dowels at Lowes. Picked for straight grain. They come in 48" length.
Cut them in thirds so 16" and tapered for nocks and points. Got 1/4" points and nocks from 3R and KustomKing.
I chop my own feathers and keep the ends. Go through and cut them at 2" and chop for kids arrows.
Easy to make and not expensive.
