Riser is a combination of various woods, Osage, Shag Bark Hickory, and Brazilian Rosewood, it also has a curved Red Cedar accent strip, and Osage overlays on the Belly side.
Tip overlays are Shag Bark Hickory, Brazilian Rosewood and Osage on top. Pictures will follow....ONE SHOT... (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/ONESHOT63RETIRED/DSCF1905.jpg)

Awesome bow and those are killer string silencers....
Kenny thanks for the kind words about the Bow. Buddy how did you bring the picture up to be posted, what am I doing wrong?
No I don't type the IMG, I copy and paste, but for some unknown reason to Me I always have a problem, Iam 69 years young but not all that sharp when it comes to these computers.
Shape Shifter The string silencers are Terry Green's Hush Puppy's and Bow Hush, just send Him an e-mail and order directly from Terry.
I make My own Bows both Long Bows and Recurve's, I cut down My own trees, that grow here locally in Kansas and Missouri, Osage and Shag Bark Hickory, and Missouri Red Cedar, the Brazilian Rosewood was a gift from My Hunting partner, He gave Me a 4" X 6" X 4' long piece that He was going to make Rifle Stocks out of....ONE SHOT... :) :) :)

I made this Recurve Bow Center Shot, the web is strong because of the depth of the web of the Osage running lengthways down the Center of the riser. The width of the web is 3/4" thick, and 3 1/2" long.
Sorry about all the problems I have had posting the pictures. I don't post very often and forget the proper procedure to follow.
Hope you all enjoyed the pictures thou....ONE SHOT... :) :) :)
