Has anybody hunted spring bear with Magnum outfitters of Quebec?

I've checked their web site and on FB,To me it looks like wheel bow experience.I've tried to find them thru the FPQ (federation des pourvoyeurs du Québec)and they don't seem to be members.Does'nt mean they are not good though.Check out for the FPQ. http://www.pourvoiries.com/
