I have had a few people call me and ask if he had a new number or email and I honestly don't know, I haven't been able to contact him either. I hope all is well.

Busy at my first Job and The Web Site is down for a rebuild. I'm so busy with my Day job it been 6 to 6 for awhile now. I did just finish a sweet Judge that got shipped out today for Dick go's by Rabbitman on here. Its a 64" Judge 48@ 29" I'll post some pics. I'm still building bows but the wait time is a little longer trying to keep it under 6 week wait as long as I can.

Hi Chad. Glad to hear the good news - your day job is putting groceries on the table and you're still building bows.

I traded my way through quite a few Lost Creeks and now have what makes the perfect pair for me. My Judge is a sweet shooter 62" 44#@28. My little Life Ender (the beautiful all bocote with really neat tips) is 60" 42#@28. At my 29.5" draw, they come very close to the same weight and shoot the same arrow. Remember this one?

Hope to pay you a visit one of these years with that Life Ender and an out-of-state tag in hand.

Ron

I'm working for a Local Guy doing construction. Its just the two of us ,and most days I wish I was still building bows full time, but not for now. Will see what happen's with the orders I might just get back to it full time. I'm sure you will like this bow Dick, if not send it back so I can have something fancy to shoot. Chad

Always enjoy seeing your work Chad. I must admit I enjoy shooting your work even more! Still love my NAT & the life ender is such a great backup bow. Hope to be back to work by May so I might need to call in an order for another bow later next year. Keep at it. We love your bows.

I guess I'll never really know what it takes to put a bowyer on the most wanted list. You know how there are a number of them out there who seem to struggle to keep orders filled and some who must work elsewhere to suppliment their income. It's interesting because I see so much talent yet something seems to suppress some bowyers from gaining a foothold. For example take Centaurs waiting list it seems always backed up. Yes, Jim makes a wonderful bow but what got him there? Was it style, wood selection, finish, shootability, word of mouth, time, or a combo of all above. I guess what brings this up is I've owned one of Chad's bows for some time now and shoot it as well as any bow but maybe no better. I got it second hand and love to grab it and get out and shoot. I wouldn't say Chad's design is super unique but it is a beautiful, functional design and seems anyone would be proud to own one. So what will put a man like him on the most wanted list? Will it be several more years of Tradgangers posting pics and comments to boost his or other's sales? Have any of you ever wondered why some bows just dont seem to get the recognition you think they deserve?

VERY glad to hear everything is ok and you are still building bows. One of these days I will be getting one!

I'm suprised all the forward grip longbow builders aren't swamped 24/7. If it weren't for the economy, and catching up on bills now that we are stable, I would be ordering!

There area so many really good bowyers out there.its supply and demand. The economy has something to do with it to of course.ive got a tom deputy bow a hybrid there was a test onit on thetrad archery gazette web page. Filet mignon performance was ones description. And faster and easier to shoot etc.he still has his day job.one well known bowyer in it for 30 yrs is only 3 month's out.our elected officials could do more for the unemployed if they'd could agree on a plan.or course half the. Voters wanted to elect a man that has sent 66thousand jobs out of the country.any racist thought I had vanished when fellow marine bill brown was put on outpost with me 48 yrs ago.well I guess ill shutup and go get a beer.
