Title: who makes that quiver?

Who is it that makes the quivers that have the individual leather holders for the broadheads instead of foam?

EFA (Eagles Flight Archery) has one for 2 blades.  there is a thread going right now with some pics of it, I forget what its called but a search should produce it.

Actually there are two of us making quivers for 2 bladed broadheads. At EFA we are now offering them in 2 and 3 arrow "Mini Mesas" and in 4 and 6 arrow "Mesas" models. In addition to these we will be making a lightweight 4 arrow model (Mini Mesa 3-D) for target shooting. Some info and photos are running now on this site. They are not yet on our website but they can be ordered by contact us with info from the address.
