Obviously I had good taste, warm wool plaid coat and hat with ear flaps. Probably asking Santa for a longbow outfit like Howard Hill shot.

No comment on t he first part of the quote...you MD boys are always a bit "different" --- :saywhat:
But at that age, stripes do(did)SO go with plad...probably a short sleeve shirt under that coat anyway...
I was around in 50, but not quite that tall yet I don't think! At least not in long britches yet!
 :)

Dressed for success.
It was a cool look then, and it is a cool look now.
ttt
Cool!
I have an old black & white pix somewhere of me at about 6-7 pulling back a bow. Wish I could find it!!!!
Back in the 50s all kids looked like that lol. And don't forget the green rubber boots in winter. At least 1-2 sizes bigger so you could wear at least 2 pair of wool socks lol.
... I hope you don't mind, but I couldn't resist?

lol... first thing that came to my mind!
Looks like you're thinking about picking a spot on one of the "Bumpises" dogs.
Keefer, you guys eat "arsters", not oysters fresh out of the bay. And when you turn south from Cambridge you have to give the forefinger on the steering wheel wave to every car going the other way. See, I know the drill too.
Hey, Rich.
I think Dolly has you beat on plaid fashion.
