I am looking at bow socks for my recurve, anybody use limbskins bow sock? Or what do you use.Looking to pertect my old bows finish and add camo.I did a search but nothing that I could find was helpful. Also is there any sponsors that make or sell bow socks. Thanks Don

Onestringer arrow wraps, a sponser, makes limbsations, a vinyl tape with a pattern that works.

Put a pair of limbsations on a ILF limbs and it made them look like wood-does not show up like white writing on limbs in the woods. Great product and can remove them without marring finish. Roy

"can remove them without marring finish"

I will add "usually".  Mine did not.

I use limbskins (Pin Oak pattern)on my bows when hunting and like them very much.  A side benefit I have discovered is that they can help quiet the bow. One of my longbows has limbs with foam/carbon and is a great bow but has a higher pitched ping to it. Putting the limbskins on completely deadend the sound.  I wish they made them in black for blind hunting.

Gary,
One stringer has them in matte black.

I have the snakeskin pattern Limbskins on my bows and I love them.  Easy to put on and off and they protect the finish on the limbs.
