Title: Looking for Pics of Cari-bow Featherhorn
Post by: Dave Rice on November 20, 2012, 06:39:00 PM
Trying to find some pics of the Featherhorn so I can see the unstrung and strung profile (side views) and also a view of the back of the bow to see how the limbs taper.

I do have an email into Abe, but thought I'd try here as well.

Thanks!
Dave

Try Abes Facebook page. A lot of good pics there. There is a direct link to it on his site.

Thanks Tom. I've checked out Abe's FB page. Lots of beautiful bows, but not the views I'm looking for, for a Featherhorn. I'm considering ordering one, but don't have access to one to shoot. Having owned a number of r/d longbows of different designs and with different shooting qualities, the pictures will give me an ideal of how it will feel.

Thanks Steve! I really appreciate your offer. Abe is getting some pics together for me now, so I should be covered.

I have one as well.  Shot just about every long bow from the vendors at the Trad show in Kalamazoo MI over the course of three years and picked the cari-bow.  The final decision was between a Jim Reynolds Thunderstick and the Cari-bow.  I'm not sure how to post pics here either, maybe now would be a good time to learn :)
