Haven't used the Dryads but have shot Hoyts, Winex, Buffalo, Border HEX 5, 6's and BB2 limbs. The MAX I seems to have all the good qualities of all the others rolled into one limb. Very smooth to draw and shoot, very fast, very quiet and shoots with better accruacy (consistantly) than the others. Here are my wife's super shorts (56" bow). She is deadly with it and loves to shoot it because of its speed and accuracy. My MAX I's are on order. They will be shorts...giving me a 58" bow and will be 55# @ 28".

I haven't tried the Dryad limbs either but have heard good things about them. I do have a set of Bobs Max 1s and they're amazing. Absolutly the smoothest feeling limbs I've ever shot and very quick and quiet.

You are talking about two builders that pride themselves on putting out the best product they can possibly make, if you had a set of both you would have the best of the best.JMO

Bobs max one limbs are in a class of their own.  Mind you, I've never shot the dryads and i am sure they are top notch, but I love my new super short Max 1s.  They are smokin fast and smoothe, and i am drawing 27.5 on a set of super shorts!

Here's something that surprised Laura. She is very confident at 15 yards or so. Won't shoot at an animal beyond that...she has a lazy eye and depth perception for her can be a problem. However, we can get 20 yards in our basement. She took her bow down to practice two days ago and decided to see what she could do at 20. First shot was dead center. She is shooting 44# @ 26" with a 500 grain arrow and she said her aiming with these limbs at 20 is essentially the same as at 15 for her and her aiming style....she gaps. FYI.
